Return Policy

In accordance with Spanish consumer law, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without justification.

• The product must be in its original packaging and unopened.
• The product must not have been used.
• Must include all original accessories and instructions.
• Must be accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.

For hygiene and animal health reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Pet food whose packaging has been opened.
• Hygiene and personal care products for pets once opened.
• Personalized or made-to-order products.

1. Contact us at hello@boopmart.es or through the contact form with your order number.
2. You will receive return instructions with a prepaid shipping label (for mainland Spain and Balearic Islands).
3. Package the product securely and ship it within 14 days of authorization.
4. Once received and verified, we will process the refund within 14 days.

Refunds are processed to the same payment method used for the purchase. Original shipping costs are only refunded if the return is due to our error or a defective product.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately. We will cover all return costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
