We ship throughout Spain: mainland, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands.

• Standard shipping (24-48 business hours): 3.99 EUR
• Express shipping (12-24 business hours): 6.99 EUR
• Pickup point (48-72 business hours): 2.99 EUR

Free standard shipping on orders over 49 EUR (mainland Spain). Check specific conditions for Balearic and Canary Islands.

Delivery times are counted from payment confirmation, in business days:

• Mainland Spain: 24-48 hours (standard) / 12-24 hours (express)
• Balearic Islands: 48-72 hours (standard)
• Canary Islands: 5-7 days (standard). Additional customs charges may apply.

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped. You can check your shipment status in your account area.

If your order does not arrive within the estimated time, arrives damaged, or there is any issue, contact us immediately at hello@boopmart.es.

Subscription orders are shipped automatically according to the selected frequency. You can modify the delivery date or pause your subscription from your account area.
