Terms and Conditions

Last updated: March 1, 2026

BoopMart is currently in closed beta. These Terms describe the relationship between the beta operators and users who participate in the test. During the beta no products are sold, no payments are collected, and no contract of sale is formed. The provisions below describe how the service will operate once BoopMart launches commercially; during the beta only the clauses on operator identification, intellectual property, and dispute resolution apply.

Operator Identification

BoopMart is not yet incorporated as a legal entity. The platform is operated as a closed beta by its founders. Legal contact: hello@boopmart.es. A company identifier (NIF/CIF), registered address, and companies-registry details will be published here before the platform accepts any paying customer.

Object

BoopMart is a future e-commerce platform specializing in pet products (dogs and cats). No products are sold during the beta. After commercial launch, the catalogue will include food, care, health, accessories, and toys.

Prices

No sales take place during the beta and no real prices apply. Any amounts shown on the site are illustrative. After commercial launch prices will be displayed in euros (EUR) and include VAT (21%); shipping costs will be indicated before order confirmation, and the price in effect at the time of purchase will apply. BoopMart will reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

Purchase Process

During the beta, placing an 'order' creates a simulated order used to test the flow. No goods are shipped, no payment is collected, and no contract of sale is formed. After launch, placing an order will constitute a purchase offer completed when BoopMart confirms it by email, and BoopMart will reserve the right to reject orders due to availability, pricing errors, or other justified reasons.

Payment

During the beta, checkout uses Stripe in test mode only. No real payment is taken and no card is charged. Test transactions rely on Stripe test cards and do not result in a contract of sale. Once BoopMart launches commercially this section will be updated to describe live payment processing (credit/debit card via Stripe, PCI DSS certified).

Shipping

During the beta, BoopMart does not ship any physical goods. The shipping methods, coverage, and delivery times described on the site are illustrative and show how the service will operate after commercial launch (mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands).

Right of Withdrawal

Since the beta does not involve any sale or contract of purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. After launch, under Royal Decree 1/2007 you will have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without justification. Products must then be returned in their original packaging and unopened; for hygiene and animal-health reasons, returns of opened food or used hygiene products will not be accepted.

Warranty

No products are sold during the beta, so no statutory warranty applies. After launch, products will be covered by the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity established by Directive (EU) 2019/771.

Limitation of Liability

BoopMart is not liable for damages arising from improper use of products. AI recommendations are for guidance only and do not replace professional veterinary advice.

Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, logos, software) is the property of BoopMart or used under license. Reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

Dispute Resolution

For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid. You may also access the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
